Shipping Information

Shipping costs are free all for all countries that we sell.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes once they reach the destination country. ADDA COHEN is not responsible for the payment of these charges, and they must be paid by the customer receiving the order. Unfortunately, ADDA COHEN has no control over these charges, and as they vary from country to country, we cannot inform you of these costs at checkout.
Please note that if, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery or is unavailable to receive the order, the shipping costs and import fees associated with the automatic return of the order to the sender will be charged to the customer.
This amount will be deducted from the total value of the items to be refunded.
We advise you to choose a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the order during the day, as we cannot schedule a specific delivery time.
If the order is not delivered to the address indicated in the order confirmation because no one is available to receive it, ADDA COHEN is not responsible. We will issue a refund for your order as soon as the package is returned to us. ADDA COHEN is not responsible for orders lost or damaged during shipping.
Please carefully check all your shipping information before completing your order. ADDA COHEN is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address, phone number, door number, and/or other incorrect shipping information.

Shipping Methods Information

ADDA COHEN delivers ordersonly to EU and USA
Shipments are made only on business days.
There are no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays (in Portugal).
If you choose two items with different delivery times, always consider the longer one.
If you wish to receive the items separately, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will provide you with instructions on how to pay the additional shipping costs.
ADDA COHEN is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Once orders have been shipped, it is not possible to change the delivery address, so please make sure to enter the correct address at checkout.
If the chosen payment method is bank transfer, the order will only be shipped after the payment has been confirmed and validated in our bank account.
Your order will be delivered within 7-15 business days.
